Recently sold our property with Leysbrook. We had never used an independent estate agents before but we’re so glad we did! On instruction the whole team got involved with creating our brochure. Andrew then took the lead on viewings and kept regularly in touch. Once sold Andrew then advised us the best way to negotiate our purchase. Donna took charge going forward with our transaction/chain. We unfortunately had many many hurdles to cross elsewhere in our chain but Donna was hugely instrumental in making it all happen. Communication was always swift. We just completed on a purchase through Leysbrook. We had quite a long process however the team at Leysbrook were excellent. Donna especially went above and beyond. She even worked on getting us moving on her days off. I don't know where we would be right now without her. They were very helpful and supportive. They even set up a WhatsApp chat to help with the process and if we had any questions which was very helpful. They are an amazing estate agent and both myself and my partner would recommend using them. If we were ever mad enough to ever move again we would use Leysbrook!
